Problem continued until lock actuators failed and the doors could only be locked or unlocked manually. The vehicle only has one lock which is located on the driver's side door.

The consumer feels this is a safety hazard. The rear passenger door locks would stick. The consumer would be unable to open the rear door locks manually or with the remote control. The dealership mechanic repaired the problem three times, but the consumer is still having the same problem.

Shoot a light lubricating oil into the latch and open and close the door several times to work the lube into the pin switch.

The replacement door has the hinges as well as the arm that goes inside the door.
