Vista Del Mar hospital is a forge, you take brand new nurses and untrained staff and put them into the forge like Iron, and when they come out they're tough as steel.
You'll be a pro at any future job after VDM everything else will be easy. Management doesn't care about you Plus side is they hire new grads, downside is they throw new grads to the wolves and expect them to sink or swim.
They cut corners on staffing and it's not uncommon to have violent patients without enough staff to help.. They do not provide enough care for the patients, this is a for profit turn and burn facility often taking more patients than they have beds and having patients sleep in the lounge on couches or in seclusion rooms.
