Individuals under the age of 18 must have a valid driver license and a Motorcycle Safety Course Waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Students will have a riding evaluation during the course. If the student passes this evaluation, he or she will receive a New Hampshire Motorcycle Rider Training Program completion card.

The student can take that completion card to the NH DMV within one year and receive a motorcycle endorsement on their driver license. Many students choose to take the IRC multiple times. As long as the student remains eligible for the class and does not present a hazard on the range he or she can repeat the class. Students who require extensive additional practice are recommended to take the Basic Rider Course again. Students use their own registered, state-inspected motorcycles for range exercises.

The ERC provides an intensive hands-on approach to motorcycle rider training. The course focuses on a variety of crash avoidance maneuvers, control at low speed, cornering finesse and limited space maneuvers.

This course is a great refresher to start the season. Upon successful completion of the course, including passing a riding evaluation, riders will receive a completion card as proof of attendance in this safety course.

Students must have a valid driver license with a motorcycle endorsement. Individuals under the age of 18 must have a Motorcycle Safety Course Waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Students must provide their own motorcycles. Motorcycles must be street legal, currently registered and inspected.
